Nicholas Paul Belcher has been in education for twenty years.

Using a collaborative and community approach to education; he has successfully achieved and led two international award winning projects for inclusion and wellbeing.
During his UK and International career, he has spent fourteen years working for leading International schools and school groups including Dulwich College , Cognita and Inspired in long term whole school (3-18) roles across Asia , the Middle East and an additional several in the UK specialising in SEND.
Nicholas has held leadership responsibilities qualifying to join the British Psychological Society in addition to UK and International qualifications for the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership and Headship.
Nicholas’s approach to education is very much embedded in leading from the heart with an emphasis on relationship building with families to understand a students individual goals and working with staff to achieve this is in a supportive and caring environment with an attention to detail and pride in enhancing a pupils learning journey.
