Charlotte embarked on her educational journey in the UK, honing her skills as an accomplished educator while also delving into administrative roles. Her dedication and passion led her to China in 2018, where she embraced the world of bilingual education. While in China, Charlotte had many pivotal roles including House Mistress, Grade Leader, and Assistant Head Teacher.

Her multifaceted roles reflect her commitment to fostering holistic growth in students and maintaining a nurturing learning environment. Her cross-cultural experiences have instilled in her a global perspective, enhancing her ability to cultivate well-rounded global citizens.
