Primary Classroom Teacher

Ms Dee joins Invictus Centrium with 14 years of teaching. She was an education officer with the Singapore Ministry of Education for 10 years before and then taught at international schools for 4 years. Her core teaching subjects are English and Mathematics. Ms Dee hopes to share with her students, rich learning experiences while fostering a conducive learning environment. In the classroom, she welcomes exploration of themes and ideas, inquiry and collaboration. Ms Dee believes in helping students develop skills required to be lifelong learners and loves to incorporate research and ICT into her lessons whenever possible. She urges her pupils to share their personal experiences to enrich their lives and live vicariously through one another's experiences. During her free time, she looks forward to spending time with friends, often playing board games late into the evening, coupled with good food. Ms Dee loves spending time with her teenage daughter and also enjoys classical music, reading, painting and traveling.
