  1. Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s)

    ECA’s provide an opportunity for enrichment programmes beyond the ecurriculum.
    They run for 1 semester at a time providing enough contact time to develop skills. These skills might include but are not limited to, Coding, Taekwondo, Art, Art mindfulness, Movie Making, Sports, Chess and many more.

    Personalised Learning Programme (PLP)

    The Personalised Learning Programme at our Dempsey Hill campus is an additional service that provides short term intervention for children where gaps in learning have been identified. This in turn is where they are not meeting the required age-appropriate standards in a particular area - Reading, Writing or Mathematics. It can also be implemented to address behaviour or social and emotional needs.
    There is an additional fee as small group or individual sessions will be implemented. All children taking the PLP will have an Individual Educational Plan which is reviewed termly.

    English Support Classes

    The English support classes are provided for students in order to deepen proficiency in their English language acquisition, complement current skillsets taught in Grade 8 and to build students’ language foundation skills in preparation for IGCSE English as a Second Language.

    Chinese Bridge Programme (for Centrium campus only)

    The Chinese Bridge is a mandatory programme that provides Chinese support for students to achieve the required standards for the Bilingual Programme. Students who did not pass the Youth Chinese Test (YCT) Level 1 at Grade 2, YCT Level 2 at Grade 4 and YCT Level 3 at Grade 5 are required to attend the Chinese Bridge programme.

  2. We hope that we will be able to satisfy your concerns via the Complaints Procedure. If we do not, you may wish to seek to resolvethe matter through the CPE Student Services Centre, using the Dispute Resolution Scheme of the Committee for Private Education, which is described on the CPE website. This dispute resolution scheme may, where appropriate, involve the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) as the mediation centres.

  3. Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course

    Invictus will notify the Student within three (3) working days upon knowledge of any of the following:
    (i) It does not commence the Course on the Course Commencement Date;
    (ii) It terminates the Course before the Course Commencement Date;
    (iii) It does not complete the Course by the Course Completion Date;
    (iv) It terminates the Course before the Course Completion Date;
    (v) It has not ensured that the Student meets the course entry or matriculation requirement as set by the organisation stated in Schedule A within any stipulated timeline set by CPE; or
    (vi) The Student’s Pass application is rejected by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
    The Student should be informed in writing of alternative study arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of the entire Course Fees and Miscellaneous Fees already paid should the Student decide to withdraw, within seven (7) working days of the above notice.

    Refund for Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons

    If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated in above, Invictus will, within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the Student an amount based on the table in Schedule D of the student contract.

    Refund During Cooling-Off Period

    Invictus will provide the Student with a cooling-off period of seven (7) working days after the date that the Contract has been signed by both parties.
    The Student will be refunded the highest percentage (stated in Schedule D of the contract) of the fees already paid if the Student submits a written notice of withdrawal to the PEI within the cooling-off period, regardless of whether the Student has started the course or not.

  4. Transfer to another PEI is taken as a withdrawal. Please see the Withdrawal Policy/Procedure below.

  5. The procedure for withdrawal is as follows:
    (a) Parent gives written notice of intention to withdraw in writing to the principal,
    (b) Admission Officer will release the Withdrawal Request Form found on the Invictus Management System to the parent to submit. The form requires the signature of the parent/legal guardian as students are under 18 years of age.

    For withdrawals, the service target is to complete the process within 7 working days which include - replying to parent’s request and refund made

    Parents are to return any access cards or resources belonging to the school and online accounts will be cancelled on the last day of school.

  6. Invictus considers requests from students for course deferment on a case by case basis. The application of deferment is granted based on the reason given is deemed acceptable by Invictus and the courses is ongoing by the time the student returns at the end of the deferment.

    A deferment is taken as a withdrawal and granted up to a maximum of 1 year and upon a fresh, request, the deferment may be further extended.

    To request for a course deferment, the parent/guardian is to write to Invictus with the given reason for their request and provide relevant documents (if applicable) via email.

    The principal will give a written reply and may include an addendum to the existing contract.

    The service target is to assess and reply to the request within 7 working days.

  7. Assessment results are released to parents and students at the end of each semester.

    Parents may write in to the school should they have concerns of the students overall progress reports. The principal, in consultation with teachers, will revert on follow up actions such as support measures provided to students. Invictus will revert to address concerns within 4 weeks of the release of results.
