Ms Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature. After working in a financial institute for many years, she decided to pursue her interest in language education. She obtained the Certificate in Putonghua Teaching in 2018 and Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in 2022.

Joyce enjoys working with children from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is attentive and has great patience dealing with children from her warm heart.

Joyce has a young son, and in her leisure time she likes reading, cycling and hiking with her family.
